For each scenario below, choose the most appropriate answer from the list above. Each option may be used once, more than once or not at all.

1. A 14 year old boy presents with knee pain which is worse at night and is relieved by taking aspirin. An X-ray shows a well defined lytic lesion with a central nidus and sclerotic rim in the proximal tibia.

2. A 78 year old retired banker presents with bone pain in his pelvis and spine. Further questioning reveals he has been passing more urine recently, getting up several times a night and has lost weight.

3. A 15 year old boy is referred after complaining to his GP of persistent localised pain in his right knee. An X-ray shows Codmans triangle in which the periosteum is elevated with other abnormalities seen.

4. An 8 year girl presents with left knee pain which is worsened through movement. Initial X-ray of the area was unremarkable, however 1 week later subperiosteal bone formation and localised rarefaction were seen.

5. A 16 year old boy presents with pain in his shoulder. X-rays show a lesion in the upper humerus, and genetic tests reveal a chromosome translocation involving chromosome 11 and 22.
